Graffiti Removal Services

Freshly cleaned spaces at friendly rates

Professionally Clean

Graffiti isn’t just unsightly. It is also time consuming and difficult to remove. Especially when it is on bare surfaces that can’t be painted over. But GigItUp can help!

Our Graffiti Team is available to remove this unsightly eye sore. They have the experience, supplies, and time needed to get your property cleaned up. We use a biodegradable chemical method rather than relying on harsh high pressure washes that can take years off the life of your surface. You can have the graffiti removed without undue wear on your stone or concrete!

For chemical removal, we generally charge $15 – $25/sq ft. Our rate depends on the surface being treated, the type of graffiti, and whether there is power and water we can use on site.

We also offer paint over services at an hourly rate. We provide the equipment and labour, you provide the colour matching paint.

Let us know more about your graffiti, and we’ll give you a quote for removal.

Please note: on bare surfaces, it is important to remove graffiti quickly! As graffiti ages, it may not be possible to completely remove without painting over. Early intervention is definitely the best option, and we’re ready to help you handle it!

Frequently Asked

Are GigItUp workers independent contractors?

No. One of the reasons we started GigItUp: as the gig economy grows, we don’t think workers should be treated as contractors.

All of our workers are casual employees and our foremen are permanent employees. This means that they receive hourly salaries, we make payroll contributions to government, and our people are protected by WCB and insurance. It also allows us to better screen and supervise our workers so we can ensure they provide reliable help.

Who supervises GigItUp work?

That’s up to you.

For the easiest help, we supervise the work. An experienced GigItUp foreman will meet you at the jobsite to get a full understanding of what needs to happen. They’ll supervise all GigItUp workers to make sure you get excellent results.

For the most cost effective help, you supervise the work. You tell us the scope of the job, and we’ll send qualified help. We work with you and our people to make sure the job site is safe. But you provide on-site direction and oversight. We’ll check in with you throughout and at the end of the job to make sure you are getting great help.

Does GigItUp provide supplies and equipment?

Generally, our customers supply all equipment and supplies. This allows them to be sure they are getting what works best for their needs.

However, you can rent some basic equipment from us or hire us to arrange for supplies. If you want this service, let us know when you book the job: we’ll be in touch to see if we can help.

Are there any jobs you don't do?

Our workers and company are willing to help with most anything. However, as a new company, our insurance limits the jobs we can do. For example, at this time we cannot do snow removal or any work usually done by trades (although we can provide assistance to tradespeople to let them work faster).

Contact us to see how we can help you.

As our company and safety record grow, we’re excited to be able to help with more jobs.

Is GigItUp a local company?

Our owners and workers are all people who live in and around Grande Prairie. GigItUp was founded to help Grande Prairie get work done, and to help local people support themselves and their families.
